One job = one set of imported XML files. Solo handles up to 3 trucks per job, Standard up to 5, Premium and Enterprise unlimited. The truck count is the number of delivery vehicles your loaded panels need to split across, not your fleet size — a 10-truck fleet running 2-truck jobs fits Solo fine.

Each tier comes with seats included — Solo 1, Standard 1, Premium 2, Enterprise 5. Each seat = one named planner with their own login. Need more planners than your tier includes? Add seats one at a time at $55/mo (Standard) or $80/mo (Premium). Solo doesn't take add-on seats — upgrade to Standard if you want to add a second planner. Seats are tracked by name + email, so adding the next planner is a one-line email to us with their details.

Yes — Viewer seats are free at every paid tier, with no cap. A Viewer can open jobs, see the 3D pack view, view print sheets, and walk through panel lists, but cannot edit, save, smart-stack, or export. Perfect for the boss who looks in once a month to check progress, an estimator previewing a job, or a client review session. Send us their name and email and we'll mint them a Viewer login.

No — one Standard subscription at $90/mo covers you planning up to 5 trucks per job, across as many client shops as you work with. Each export uses the logo you upload in Step 1, so you can deliver under each client's branding from the same subscription. If you regularly run jobs needing more than 5 trucks per delivery, step up to Premium for unlimited trucks.

Yes — your seat is tied to your name + email, not a single computer. You can move between your office desktop, a workshop laptop, and a home machine without trouble. We do track distinct devices for sharing detection: if a second person starts activating your key on their own machines, we'll get in touch to convert it to a multi-seat plan that matches how you're really using it.

You own your job data. The app exports complete .json snapshots of every job — save them locally and they'll re-import into any future Kimden Staxezy™ installation, even years from now. Nothing is locked in our cloud.

Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the current month. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose the month you've already paid for.

Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free compared to monthly (effectively a 17% discount). The same discount applies to add-on seats. Annual customers also get priority on the public roadmap.

Enterprise kicks in when you outgrow Standard or Premium — typically at 6 or more planners, multi-site fabricators, integrators wanting API access, or franchised operations wanting white-label branding. Pricing is bespoke (POA) because the right structure depends on whether you want a base subscription with seat add-ons, a site licence, or something in between. The app runs entirely in your browser — no server. The standard build needs internet to load the 3D engine; the offline build (included with every tier) is fully self-contained and runs from a USB stick on a laptop with no Wi-Fi. Handy for site visits.

Yes. Every customer can submit feature requests via the in-app 💡 Suggest button. Requests land on our public Monday board where the community votes. Premium and Enterprise customers' votes count double. Enterprise customers get a quarterly roadmap call.
